- Also people legally admitted in the United
States for the permanent residence, who are in possession of their green card or who can supply another
supporting document of their permanent residence.
- British citizens and overseas British citizens, who were re-eligible in United Kingdom.
- Citizens of British dependent territories, who got the British citizenship by birth, progeny, registration or naturalization in one of the British dependent terretories such as: Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Mount Serra of St Hellène, and Turks and Caicos Islands.

If
