Visa waivers mentioned above are only for the people going to Argentina for a tourist visit. Argentina travelling minors from or towards Argentina, if they are not accompanied by their parents, they have to have a parental consent to travel, which must be certified by an Argentinian consulate if the place of residence is abroad.
The necessary documents to apply for a tourist visa:
1- Fill in a registration form.
2- (01) passport size photo.
3- A valid passport containing a blank page.
4- A return ticket.
5- Proof of sufficient funds for the period of the stay.
6- Payment of the visa fees. (€ 74 and, in case it's a student visa, you will pay €31)
The validity and the processing time of the visa:
The visa you will get is valid for 90 days and the processing time to get your visa is 1 to 2 days. But, if you apply for a tourist visa by mail, it may take a longer time.
