What are the job duties?
Transcom Borås is looking for someone who wants to work with customer service and room reservation at the Scandic Hotel. You are an important link between the clients and their customers, which means you provide the best possible service. The work involves, primarily, to answer incoming calls from customers who want to book a room at any of the hotel chain's many hotels. The service also includes largely on sales. The service is flexible with placement rates between 75-100% depending on preference.
- Scheduled working hours - weekends and evenings may occur.
- Collective agreements with the Union.

- Fixed monthly salary according to the collective agreement with the possibility of commission for sales.
