If you are a French citizen and are a young graduate of a university or institution that is recognized by the government of Singapore, you can apply to the "Work Holiday Program" of Singapore and get a "Work Holiday Visa." There are some conditions that you have to fulfill to be able to participate in the program. These conditions include:
1- Your age should be between 18 and 25 years old in the date of the deposit of the visa application.
2- You should be a holder of a valid French passport for all the duration of the stay.
3- If you are still student, you have to justify that, at least, 3 months before your application, you were a full-time student in your university.
4- If you are a graduate student, you have to justify that you were studying full-time in your university.
5- You should provide a proof of financial means to meet your needs at the beginning of the stay.
6- It is strongly recommended to have a travel and a health insurance, which will cover you during all the duration of your stay.

Applicants have to submit a copy of the original documents and their English official certified translations by the University or institution. And any not traslated document will not be taken into account.
The Work Holliday Visa procedures:
- You need to fill in the registration form, which you can download from the website of the Government of Singapore here then click on "Apply for a pass."
- Gather all the documents needed for your application file and which are provided above.
- Send your application form and the documents by email to: mom_whp_wpd@mom.gov.sg (in the object box right: " Application for WHV ")
Note: It takes about 3 weeks to receive an answer and you will be kept informed about the result of your application. If the result is positive, you will receive a letter of approval: In-Principle Approval Letter (IPA). Once you receive this letter, you will have a deadline of 3 months to pick up your Working Holiday Pass. Upon receipt of this letter IPA, you have a deadline(extension) of 3 months to get back your Working Holiday Pass, on place in Singapore.
Remarks:
- The visa fee is: SG $150 (approximately: €100)
- Duration of visa is 6 months.
